Katharine has more than 20 years’ experience in Private Client work, specialising in the administration of estates, preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection applications. She is highly experienced and acts for a wide range of clients with varying complex matters. Katharine obtained a Law degree from Bristol Polytechnic (UWE) in 1992 and worked in the Pharmaceutical Industry before training and qualifying as a Solicitor in 2002. Having worked in Solicitor firms in Hampshire and West Sussex before joining Warner & Richardson in 2011 and becoming at Partner in April 2012. Katharine is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and Solicitors for the Elderly.
