Scott has more than 20 years’ experience in property and land law work, specialising in residential property, agricultural land and commercial property work. He has been working in this area since before he qualified and has helped many families, individuals, medium and small businesses carry out their property transactions. Scott qualified as a solicitor in February 2009 after gaining his Law degree from the University of London External Programme, working full time in a property firm nearby at the same time. He completed his training contract at Neale Turk Solicitors and worked at a different firm before joining Warner & Richardson in 2010 and becoming at Partner in April 2011.
Scott has also completed several professional development courses in property and land law, an area becoming more complex and professionally interesting.
